Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote or book a cleaning with D&S Cleaning in San Francisco and the Bay Area. By using this website or our services, you agree to them.

Booking and scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. You choose an arrival window (8–10 AM, 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM or 2–4 PM Pacific Time) and we confirm your appointment by email. Times are handled in Pacific Time regardless of where you book from.

Quotes and pricing

Online prices are estimates based on the home size, service type and condition you select. The final price can change by roughly 15–40% depending on the actual condition of the space, and photos may be requested before your final price is confirmed. Recurring cleanings receive a discount off the standard rate. All prices are shown in US dollars.

Payments

If you pay by card, checkout is handled securely by Stripe and your card details are never stored by D&S Cleaning. If you choose to pay cash, payment is due in full before the cleaning starts.

Access to your home or business

You are responsible for providing access to the space at the scheduled time. If our team cannot enter, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Need to change or cancel an appointment? Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. There are no automatic cancellation fees charged by this website.

Promotions

Promotional offers, such as a new-customer special, apply only to eligible customers, are limited to one redemption per customer, and cannot be combined with each other — the larger discount applies. Offers may end at any time and are applied automatically when eligible.

Referral partner program

Our referral partner program pays a commission to approved partners who refer new customers. Referrals do not provide a discount to the referred customer; partner commissions are separate from customer pricing.

Satisfaction

If something about your cleaning is not right, tell us as soon as possible and we will work with you to make it right.
