Frequently asked questions
How soon can you clean my home?
Availability shows up live in the booking flow — pick any open date and arrival window. We clean Monday through Saturday; Sundays are our day off.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave entry instructions with your booking and we'll take care of the rest. You'll get a confirmation with your booking number either way.
Should I choose standard or deep cleaning?
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last few months, start with a deep cleaning. After that, standard visits keep it there.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is included. If you'd rather we use your own products, just tell us in the notes.
How does payment work?
Cash payment is due upon arrival, before the cleaning begins. Online card payment is coming soon.
What if my quote doesn't match the home?
Your online quote is an estimate. If the property is significantly different from what was described, we talk to you and confirm before doing any extra chargeable work.
Do you clean offices and businesses?
Yes — commercial spaces are quoted separately. Send us the details and we'll build a proposal around your square footage, frequency and access.
