Privacy Policy

D&S Cleaning serves homes and businesses in San Francisco and the Bay Area. This page explains what we collect on this website and why.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, book a cleaning, ask for a price match or send us a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and the details of the cleaning you want. We use it to prepare your price, schedule the visit, send your confirmation and follow up about your service. Text message updates are sent only if you check the opt-in box.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure form and are never stored by D&S Cleaning.

Advertising measurement

This website uses the Google tag (gtag.js) from Google Ads. It sets cookies and sends Google page-visit information and a signal when someone completes a booking, submits a quote or contact form, or taps our phone number or email link. Google is the recipient of this data and we use it only to measure and improve our advertising — it is not used to identify you and we do not sell your information. Where local law requires consent for advertising cookies, that consent is requested before these signals are sent; you can also opt out through your Google Ad Settings or your browser's cookie controls.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
