What each cleaning includes

Standard Cleaning

Regular upkeep: kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, mirrors and trash handled.

Deep Cleaning

Everything in a standard cleaning with far more detail — buildup on tile and fixtures, baseboards, edges and the spots that get missed.

Move-In / Move-Out

Empty-home cleaning: inside cabinets, drawers and closets, appliances on request, and full bathroom and floor detail.

On the day of your cleaning we arrive inside your arrival window, bring our own supplies and equipment, and follow any entry instructions you left with your booking.

First cleaning vs. recurring cleaning

Your first cleaning establishes the D&S standard. Future recurring visits help keep your home consistently clean and may qualify for lower pricing. If your home has not been professionally cleaned recently, we recommend a Deep Cleaning for the first appointment.

Your online quote is an estimate based on the property information you provide. Excessive buildup, unusually difficult conditions, additional requested work, parking/access complications, or inaccurate property information may require a pricing adjustment. We will communicate any significant adjustment before completing additional chargeable work.
